Fixed Selling Fees
Selling your home is an arduous enough process as it is, without having to worry whether you have got the best possible deal from your Estate Agent. If you Let Me sell your property, then you don’t have to worry about that, we charge a fixed price of 1% of the selling price (minimum fee of £1,300). If there are any other costs to pay, we will explain them from the very beginning. For example, if you need an Energy Performance Certificate, we can arrange that for you.
