    Right To Rent
By Law, we must check all tenants have the right to rent within the UK. If you were born in the UK or Ireland we will need a copy of your passport/photo identification. If you have moved here, you will need to provide us with a share code which means we can check your right to rent status and also a form of photo ID.

Please use the website below to access your code and provide us with it so we can continue with this application.

Prove your right to rent in England - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk)

On applying for the above mentioned property you agree to pay a holding fee equivalent to 1 weeks rent, once this form has been completed and the fee paid, your details will be passed to a third party reference company who will carry out a full reference on our behalf. This will include credit check, employment and current landlord. If you proceed to move in to the property, the holding fee will be used towards your first months rent. If your references are not completed within 10 days of applying then we reserve the right to relist the property and retain the holding fee to cover our costs.

We also require two forms of ID; 1 photographic (passport or driving licence) 1 to prove current address.
If you fail referencing due to none disclosure of vital information i.e. a CCJ, then the holding fee is non refundable. If you choose not to proceed with the tenancy for any other reason, once references have commenced, the holding fee is non refundable. If you pass referencing and the landlord decides not to proceed for any reason then the holding fee would be refundable.

By signing this form you agree to pay the holding fee and for Let Me Manchester to pass your details to a third party referencing company.
